How We Process
The company advertises specific job categories in leading national newspapers, detailing qualifications and job descriptions. The headhunting team also sources candidates. Upon completing their contracts, recruits can register with us again for future employment. These employees also contribute to the efficiency of our data bank. This unique system needs only the data, and the rest of the details are stored in the digital archives for future reference and storage for unlimited time until a need arises for them to be recalled.
